ITG’s project managers are dedicated to the efficient management of critical resources needed to complete the project according to the defined scope, quality and cost requirements.  This includes ensuring the project has defined constraints (scope, schedule and cost) and that a comprehensive set of activities is carefully defined and managed so that resources are used effectively.
